Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen das Verkaufsteam anhand von Zielvorgaben
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Sales Director EMEA und der Geschäftsleitung zusammen
- Sie überwachen die wöchentlichen, monatlichen und vierteljährlichen Verkaufsziele
- Sie verbessern die Teamleistung sowie die individuelle Leistung durch Anwendung professioneller Mittel
- Sie entwickeln Standards und Verfahren weiter, messen die Ergebnisse und nehmen notwendige Anpassungen vor
- Sie entwickeln Ihre Führungsqualifikationen und Ihr technisches Wissen weiter, erstellen Analysen, Statistiken und Berichte (ZDF) und erstellen Kundenangebote sowie die Eingabe von Bestellungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine für die Position vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie besitzen Führungskompetenz und ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz
- Sie haben Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen
- Sie verfügen über wünschenswerte Kenntnisse der Produkte aus den Branchen, in denen unser Unternehmen tätig ist, sowie Grundkenntnisse in SalesForce
- Sie haben sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point) und sehr gutes Deutsch sowie gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind bereit, sich weiterzubilden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
