Was erwartet dich?
- Schweißaufsicht
- Festlegung und kontinuierliche Überprüfung der schweißtechnischen Anforderungen
- Planung von Schweißabläufen und von Schweißverfahrensqualifikationen
- Konstruktionsprüfung, d. h. Festlegung der Schweißnähte, Zugänglichkeit und Ausführung der Schweißnähte
- Erstellung schweißtechnischer Unterlagen unter Berücksichtigung von Rechtsvorschriften, technischen Regeln, Richtlinien und Kundenspezifikationen
- Verwaltung und Aktualisierung aller notwendigen Zulassungen sowie Schweißer- und Verfahrensprüfungen
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Schweißplänen und Schweißanweisungen Schulung der Schweißer (w/m/d) und Gewährleistung der notwendigen Qualität
- Durchführung von Sichtprüfungen, d. h. Sichten und Beurteilen der ausgeführten Montageschweißnähte
- Überwachung und Begleitung bei Vergabe von Fertigungsleistungen
