Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst den Support im Soft- und Hardwarebereich in einem Windows, Linux (Ubuntu) und macOS Umfeld
- Du kümmerst dich um die Fehlerbehebung bei System-, Netzwerk- und Softwareproblemen
- Du nimmst kleinere Anpassungen sowie Problembehebung (software- und hardwareseitig) an Serversystemen vor
- Installation und Wartung der Clienthardware In-House gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt der gesamten Netzwerkinfrastruktur von Ubiquiti/UniFi
- Du kümmerst dich um die Wartung der Windows Server 2019- 2022 (On Premise wie Cloud) und macOS X Server 10.13 -15
- Du überwachst und verwaltest unsere Managed-Service-Plattformen inkl. selbstständiger Bearbeitung von erkannten Problemen (bspw. ESET, Acronis)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Eine IT-Berufsausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
- Kenntnisse der aktuellen Microsoft Betriebssysteme (Client/Server), Microsoft Office Produktpalette (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint), macOS/iOS-Betriebssystemen sowie ESET Protect
- Fundiertes Wissen in der Welt von MS365 sowie in den Bereichen Windows Server/Client Betriebssysteme, Linux (Ubuntu) und macOS/iOS
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerke, Virtualisierung (Hyper-V, Ubiquiti UniFi ) und VoIP-Telefonie (Starface)
- Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
