Für ca. 860.000 Einwohner betreiben wir südlich von Leipzig eine moderne Deponie, eine mechanisch-biologische Abfallbehandlungsanlage und eine Kompost-Energie-Anlage. Unser Anspruch ist dabei, rechtssicher und effizient arbeiten sowie mit innovativen Ansätzen nachhaltiger zu werden, insbesondere für mehr Klimaschutz und Ressourceneffizienz. In ZDC, MBA und KEA verarbeiten wir ca. 500 Tt Input. Wie investieren derzeit in den Umbau der MBA, um eine Steigerung der Wertstoffausbeute zu erzielen und auch zukünftig an der Rückgewinnung von Wertstoffen zu arbeiten.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Akquisition und Steuerung von Stoffströmen unserer Anlagen im Input und Output
- Du führst selbständig Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen und analysierst den Abfallmarkt und den Wettbewerb
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für ein gut eingespieltes Team von 6 Mitarbeitenden und einen stabilen Kund:innenstamm
- Du entwickelst in Zusammenarbeit mit der Technik der MBA neue Outputströme und Dienstleistungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes adäquates Studium und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Abfallwirtschaft, idealerweise im Stoffstrommanagement
- Du verstehst Stoffstrommanagement als wesentlichen Bestandteil unternehmerischer Entwicklung
- Du giltst im Umgang mit Kund:innen als verlässliche:r und verbindliche:r Partner:in, in der Kommunikation bist du zugewandt
- Du vermittelst deine guten methodischen Kenntnisse und deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise stetig an dein Team
- Du verstehst persönliche Fort- und Weiterentwicklung für dich als Führungskraft und für dein Team als selbstverständlich
- Du siehst Engagement für Verbesserungen im Klimaschutz und Nachhaltigkeit als Selbstverständnis an

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
