Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und dynamischen Data Analyst - Collections Management (all genders), um unsere Expansion in neue Märkte voranzutreiben und die Profitabilität in bestehenden Märkten zu steigern. In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantwortest du den gesamten Prozess des Forderungsmanagements – von der Datenerfassung über die Bewertung von Prozessänderungen bis hin zur Sicherstellung finanzieller Effizienz.

In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantwortest du den gesamten Prozess des Forderungsmanagements – von der Datenerfassung über die Bewertung von Prozessänderungen bis hin zur Sicherstellung finanzieller Effizienz.
Was erwartet dich?
- Geschäftsprozesse: Du analysierst Unternehmensprozesse, um Chancen und Probleme zu identifizieren, die du mithilfe von Daten lösen möchtest.
- Datenerfassung: Du bist verantwortlich dafür, gemeinsam mit unseren Data Engineers fehlende Daten zu identifizieren und zu sammeln, da wir im Tagesgeschäft viele verschiedene Tools und Services nutzen.
- Datenmodellierung: Du restrukturierst und vereinfachst die Daten mithilfe von SQL, um sie nutzbar zu machen.
- Datenanalyse & Exploration: Du erstellst Ad-hoc-Datenberichte, interaktive Dashboards und tiefgehende Analysen und machst sie für Stakeholder durch unsere BI-Tools zugänglich.
- Entscheidungsfindung: Du nutzt dein Datenverständnis und deine Erkenntnisse, um das Management bei Entscheidungen und der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen zu unterstützen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Dein Background: Du hast über 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Datenanalyse, Business Intelligence oder einem verwandten Feld, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld.
- Fähigkeiten: Du verfügst über ein tiefes Verständnis von SQL und Datenmodellierung, kennst dich mit Datenbanken aus und bist ein Experte in BI-Tools wie Metabase, Power BI oder Tableau.
- Analytisches Denken: Du bist detailorientiert und tauchst dank deiner analytischen Denkweise gerne tief in Datensätze ein, um wertvolle Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen.
- Business-Verständnis: Du verstehst Geschäftsprozesse umfassend und kannst Chancen erkennen sowie Geschäftsprobleme mithilfe von Daten lösen.
- Kommunikation: Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Englisch, was dir ermöglicht, Erkenntnisse zu vermitteln, Erwartungen zu managen und Empfehlungen für nicht-technische Stakeholder auszusprechen. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
