Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest an Projekten im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung und der Produktverbesserung
- Du führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen im internationalen Umfeld durch und identifizierst damit Trends und Marktchancen, um die Wettbewerbsposition unseres Unternehmens zu stärken
- Du erstellst innovative und benutzeroptimierte Produktkonzepte und formulierst Produktfunktionen und -anforderungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Abteilungen F&E, Vertrieb, Einkauf und Produktion sowie mit ausgewählten Kund:innen und Partner:innen zusammen
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für unsere internationalen Niederlassungen, sowie für Produktanfragen und Support
- Du managst das Produktportfolio und erstellst die Produktbegleitdokumentation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich MINT erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bestenfalls vorher eine technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert, vorzugsweise in der Energie-, Umwelt- oder Messtechnik
- Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Projektmanagement
- Du bist aufgeschlossen, offen, kontaktfreudig, kommunikativ und kreativ
- Du hast Spaß daran, Dich eigenständig in Themen einzuarbeiten und organisierst dich gerne selbst
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an analytischen Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift auf einem sehr hohen Niveau und die englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift sicher

About ecom GmbH
1985 hatten wir eine Vision. Klimaziele waren damals noch in weiter Ferne. Wir träumten davon, in jedem Haus den CO2—Ausstoß zu messen und den Wirkungsgrad einer Heizungsanlage mit Messgeräten bestimmen zu können. In einer kleinen Garage in Iserlohn-Oestrich haben wir damit begonnen. Heute sind unsere ecom-Messgeräte weltweit an Heizungsanlagen, Brennern oder an Motoren im Einsatz. Dabei werden wir nicht aufhören zu träumen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
