Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund:innen und deinem Team. In dieser Rolle verantwortest du Digitalprojekte in agiler Arbeitsweise und behältst stets den Überblick über Anforderungen, Zeitplan und Budget.
- Du bist im engen Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen, moderierst Kundentermine, klärst gemeinsam Anforderungen und gehst Details auf den Grund.
- Du legst deinen Fokus auf den User:innen und anderen Stakeholdern. Souverän bringst du Kundenwünsche und Benutzerbedürfnisse in Einklang, vermittelst zwischen unterschiedlichen Interessenlagen und findest immer eine passende Lösung.
- Du verwaltest in Abstimmung mit deinen Kund:innen dein Backlog, erstellst und priorisierst dort User Stories. In Backlog Refinements klärst du mit deinem Team alle technischen Details und erarbeitest daraus Akzeptanzkriterien. So weiß dein Team immer, was es als Nächstes zu tun hat
- Du arbeitest in einem interdisziplinären Team aus Webentwickler:innen, Designer:innen und Berater:innen. Neben dem Anforderungsmanagement übernimmst du im Team vor allem konzeptionelle Aufgaben.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast 5+ Jahre Erfahrung als Projektmanager:in bzw. Product Owner:in in der Software- und Webentwicklung.
- Du hast bereits in einer Agentur, mit wechselnden Webprodukt Projekten, gearbeitet.
- Du bist in der Lage, verschiedenste Kundenanforderungen zu bündeln und für dein Team nachvollziehbar aufzubereiten.
- Du bringst deine guten konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten und dein hohes technisches Verständnis in vollem Umfang in die Projekte ein.
- Du kennst den Unterschied zwischen HTML und PHP und hast bereits mit Content-Management-Systemen gearbeitet (z. B. mit TYPO3).
- Du bist dank deines technischen Wissens in der Lage, mit den Entwickler:innen auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren.
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.
- Du hast schon einmal Workshops moderiert, kennst dich mit SEO aus und hast eine Zertifizierung als Product Owner oder im Projektmanagement? Bestens
- Du legst Wert auf Informationssicherheit und gutes Design.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
