Du bist Hauptverantwortliche/r für den Gebietsumsatz in unserer Region „Mitte“ (Rheinland-Pfalz, Hessen, Saarland) und bist Markenbotschafter/in für unsere Marke CLINIC DRESS. Die Akquise von Neukunden - remote und vor Ort - ist dabei deine Haupttätigkeit.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest als Außendienst-Mitarbeiter:in den Gebietsumsatz in unserer Region „Mitte“ und steigerst dort konstant den Marktanteil für unsere Marke Clinic Dress
- Die Akquise von neuen Kunden gehört zu deinen Haupttätigkeiten
- Du entwickelst den bestehenden Kundenstamm durch regelmäßige Besuche und professionelle Beratung kontinuierlich weiter und hebst neue Potenziale im Rahmen deiner Kundenbeziehungen
- Du beobachtest die Marktsituation in deiner Region, führst eigenständige Analysen der Marktentwicklung sowie weiterer Erfolgskennzahlen durch und leitest daraus Vertriebsstrategien ab
- Du berichtest direkt an das Management

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Idealerweise verfügst du über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du bist seit mehreren Jahren erfolgreich im Vertrieb von Textilien, Versorgungsprodukten oder Zubehör im medizinischen Umfeld tätig
- Du verfügst über ein exzellentes Netzwerk zu Ärzt:innen- und Versorgungszentren, Dental- und Veterinärkliniken sowie Pflegeeinrichtungen
- Erfahrungen im Bereich des Textilleasings wären großartig
- Du verstehst es, deine Kund:innen durch deine gewinnende und dynamische Art sowie mit entsprechender Beratungskompetenz für unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu begeistern und bist in der Lage, langfristig erfolgreiche Kundenbindungen aufzubauen
- Du verfügst über sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, modernen Kommunikations- und Informationssystemen sowie CRM-Anwendungen
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
- Die Position erfordert Reisebereitschaft

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
