Was Dich erwartet
- Du bietest 1st- und 2nd-Level Support für alle Anwender – persönlich, telefonisch, per E-Mail und über das Ticketsystem.
- Du richtest Netzwerkstrukturen, Client-, Server-, Backup-, Cloud-, Management- und Telefon-Systeme ein und verwaltest diese, sowohl für Windows als auch für iOS.
- Du bearbeitest und dokumentierst Supportanfragen über den User-Helpdesk.
- Du nimmst technische Probleme und IT-Störungen im Bereich Hard- und Software auf, analysierst und behebst sie.
- Du unterstützt bei der Integration und Verwaltung mobiler Endgeräte (MDM).
- Du arbeitest kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systeme und managst IT-Projekte.
- Du erstellst und pflegst Dokumentationen, Prozesshandbücher und Wissensdatenbanken.

Was Du bereits mitbringst
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
