Was erwartet dich?
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Finanzprozesse
- Überwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung interner Controlling-Prozesse, um die finanzielle Effizienz und Transparenz zu steigern
- Überwachung und Analyse von Budget- und Finanzplänen sowie regelmäßiges, fundiertes Reporting an das Management
- Verantwortung für die Liquiditätsplanung und -kontrolle, um eine stabile finanzielle Situation des Unternehmens zu gewährleisten
- Proaktiver Austausch mit dem Management und den Fachabteilungen zur Ableitung finanzieller Handlungsempfehlungen und zur Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen
- Mitarbeit und Führung von Projekten zur Optimierung, Erweiterung und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen, um Effizienzsteigerungen zu erzielen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Managements, der Betriebswirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Großes Interesse an Finanzen sowie erste praktische Erfahrungen (mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung) im Bereich Controlling, idealerweise in Startups oder dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeldern
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude daran, tief in Zahlen und Daten einzutauchen
- Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, zur effizienten Datenanalyse und Präsentationserstellung
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamgeist, hohe Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, proaktiv und mit Eigeninitiative zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
