Als ein Teil der Nissha Gruppe sind wir spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung und Produktion von hochwertigen dekorativen Kunststoffteilen und Baugruppen für Kunden aus den Bereichen Automobilbau sowie Medizintechnik. Als Prozessoptimierer arbeitest Du eng mit der Fertigung und der Projektierung zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen und effizienten Prozessablauf. Was erwartet dich?
- Du erfasst täglich die Qualitätssituation und Prozesssicherheit in der Fertigung durch Rundgänge
- Du optimierst Prozesse, analysierst Rüstvorgänge und erarbeitest Optimierungsvorschläge
- Du dokumentierst Prozessstörungen, Störungseinflüsse und eingeleitete Gegenmaßnahmen
- Du ermittelst den Schulungsbedarf der technischen Mitarbeitenden der Fertigungsabteilung und entwickelst Schulungsstrategien
- Du organisierst und führst praktische und theoretische Schulungen für Mitarbeitende durch oder unterstützt dabei
- Du führst Musterungen und Parameterfindungen bei Neuwerkzeugen durch und unterstützt bei der Spezifikation von neuen Maschinen, Anlagen und Werkzeugen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker:in oder Meister:in vorzugsweise in der Fachrichtung Kunststofftechnik oder Mechatronik
- Du bringst idealerweise 2 oder mehr Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kunststoffbereich bzw. in der Automobilzulieferindustrie mit
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Verfahrens- und Werkzeugtechnik für das Spritzgießen und kennst dich mit Spritzgießmaschinen sowie Handhabungs- und Robotertechnik aus
- Du verfügst über Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
