Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst und löst technische und organisatorische Anfragen rund um ECM- und Workflow-Lösungen – für Kund:innen und für das Team, indem du die Bearbeitung von Tickets übernimmst
- Du bringst im engen Austausch mit Vertrieb und Projektmanagement wesentliche Erkenntnisse ein, die unsere Produktentwicklung voranbringen und bist somit Impulsgeber:in für die Produktentwicklung
- Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen per Telefon, E-Mail und (vor Ort) für unsere ECM- und Workflowlösungen und beantwortest dabei sowohl externe als auch interne Anfragen individuell
- Du unterstützt bei der Einrichtung und Konfiguration von ECM- und Workflowlösungen in der Systemintegration
- Du erstellst und pflegst Lösungs- und Supportdokumentationen in der Dokumentation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich ECM
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare bzw. höhere Qualifikation mit
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der Administration und Fehlerbehebung von ECM und Workflow-Lösungen - Erfahrungen im Bereich DocuWare sind wünschenswert
- Du bist freundlich und professionell im Umgang mit Kund:innen, kommunizierst sicher und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Du bringst mit deinem strukturierten Arbeitsstil und deinem hohen Anspruch an Kundenservice, Ordnung und Effizienz in jedes Anliegen
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Deutsch- (C1-Niveau) und hast gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
