Was erwartet dich?
- Du bewertest und analysierst bestehende Prozesse, um verbesserungswürdige Bereiche zu identifizieren und Optimierungsstrategien umzusetzen
- Du überwachst und analysierst Prozessleistungsdaten, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu erzielen
- Du leitest und verwaltest Projekte zur Prozessverbesserung von der Konzeption bis zum Abschluss
- Du koordinierst mit Projektteams, einschließlich F&E, Produktion und Qualitätskontrolle, um eine erfolgreiche Projektdurchführung sicherzustellen
- Du unterstützt die Produktionsteams technisch bei der Fehlersuche und Behebung von prozessbezogenen Problemen
- Du schulst und leitest das Produktionspersonal zu neuen Prozessen, Verfahren und bewährten Praktiken an
- Du entwickelst und pflegst die Prozessdokumentation, einschließlich SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), und stellst sicher, dass alle Prozesse den Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Regulierungsstandards entsprechen
- Du bereitest technische Berichte und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsleitung und andere Beteiligte vor und präsentierst diese

- Du bist Absolvent:in oder hast bis zu 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Prozess- oder Lean-Ingenieur:in
- Du hast einen Master-/Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen (Maschinenbau/Elektrotechnik oder ähnlicher Bereich)
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Fehlermöglichkeits- und Einflussanalysen (FMEA) und der Erstellung von Computer Aided Design (CAD)
