Was erwartet dich?
- Aufbau und Pflege von Partnerschaften : Du bist verantwortlich für die Identifikation, Gewinnung und Betreuung von strategischen Partnern in der Energiebranche, insbesondere im Bereich erneuerbare Energien.
- Strukturierung und Mitgestaltung von Prozessen: Wir entwickeln unsere Abläufe kontinuierlich weiter. Du bringst konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge mit ein und kannst Diese in projektbasierter Arbeit auch ins Ziel führen
- Koordination von Projekten : Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen, um Projekte voranzutreiben.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Idealerweise ein Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem dieser Bereiche: Wirtschaft, Energie, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Partner Management, Business Development und/oder Vertrieb
- Du bringst ein Netzwerk in der Energiebranche mit? Wunderbar. Besonders wichtig ist uns jedoch, dass Du Interesse an den Erneuerbaren Energien hast.
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative & Kommunikationsstärke.
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an den Themen Energiewirtschaft, Technologie und Nachhaltigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit der Google Suite & Slack

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
