Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung & Implementierung europaweiter Standardlösungen
- Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung sowie Wartung von Hardware und Geräten der lokalen Teams für Konnektivitäts- und Netzwerklösungen
- Du pflegst technische Pläne, das Inventar und Dokumentationen
- Du leistest 2nd-Line-Support für alle Standorte in Europa und bei Bedarf weltweit
- Du hältst die Branchenzertifizierung für unternehmensinterne Standardtechnologien (Cisco und/oder Fortinet) aufrecht
- Du unterstützt die europäischen Einheiten bei der Umsetzung des Service- & Supportportfolios in ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich und arbeitest an Projekten mit Schwerpunkt auf europäischen Infrastrukturaspekten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist bereit, IT-Umgebungen in mittleren oder großen Produktionsumgebungen zu erlernen und zu unterstützen
- Du verfügst über technisches Fachwissen in Cisco- und/oder Fortinet-Netzwerken, einschließlich Site-to-Site-VPN, MPLS, Cisco Meraki Wireless - Design & Konfiguration, sowie Internet-Konnektivität - Glasfaser, Funk, 5G, DSL etc
- Du bildest dich kontinuierlich in neuen Technologien weiter
- Du hast idealerweise einen aktuellen Cisco CCNA
- Du bist teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und arbeitest pragmatisch sowie zielorientiert
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
