Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwirfst und planst Außenanlagen, Leistungsbild Lph 1-5
- Du konzipierst und gestaltest öffentliche und private Grünflächen, Parks, Gärten, Freizeitanlagen und Spielplätze
- Du erstellst Skizzen, Zeichnungen, 3D-Modelle und Präsentationen
- Du entwickelst Beleuchtungskonzepte und Möblierungspläne
- Du berücksichtigst funktionale, ästhetische und ökologische Gesichtspunkte
- Du berätst und betreust Kund:innen während der gesamten Projektphase, einschließlich der Auswahl von Materialien und Pflanzen
- Du erstellst Kostenvoranschläge und Rechnungen
- Du übernimmst sonstige Aufgaben wie die Akquise von neuen Kund:innen und Projekten sowie die Teilnahme an Bewerbungsverfahren und öffentlichen Ausschreibungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Landschaftsarchitektur mit
- Du hast Erfahrung in Bearbeitung von Wettbewerben und Projekten
- Du bringst Erfahrungen in Städtebau, Design & Grafik, interdisziplinäre Projektarbeit sind von Vorteil
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Landschaftsarchitektur oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit CAD und idealerweise mit AVA-Programmen, insbesondere Vectorworks und Orca AVA
- Du kennst Bauvorschriften und Normen sowie Pflanzen- und Materialkunde
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Photoshop und idealerweise mit SketchUp
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse und Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift (C2-Niveau), was wichtig für die Abschlussdokumentationen jeder Leistungsphase ist
- Du bringst Kreativität und gestalterisches Talent mit, ergänzt durch technische Kenntnisse
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, sorgfältig und zeigst Engagement und Motivation
- Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine serviceorientierte Einstellung

Wir sind ein Landschaftsarchitekturbüro, dass sich auf die Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Bauüberwachung von Bauleistungen im Bereich Freianlagen und Verkehrsanlagen spezialisiert hat. Unsere Passion ist es, geplanten Projekte vom Papier in die Wirklichkeit umzusetzen. Wir sind ein hochmotiviertes Team aus Ausschreibung- und Vergabespezialisten sowie Landschaftsarchitekten, Ingenieuren und Bautechnikern. Wir betreuen Baumaßnahmen in den Bereichen Bildung, Forschung, Entwicklung, Wohnbau und Kommunen. Alles außerhalb einer Gebäudehülle wie Infrastrukturflächen, Verkehrswege, Fußwege, Aufenthaltsbereiche, Spielflächen, Parks und Grünanlagen kann durch unser Büro in den Leistungsphasen 6-8 betreut werden. Dies bedeutet weniger Schnittstellen und weniger Reibungsverluste in der Abwicklung eines komplexen Projektes und damit ein sauberer und kostengünstigerer Projektverlauf für den Auftraggeber.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
