Wir führen europaweit Transporte durch welche aus Salzgitter Watenstedt organsiert werden. Deine Aufgabe wird sein Transportabrechnung und erstellen von Aufträgen
Was erwartet dich?
- Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung unserer Speditions- und Handelsprozesse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
- Erstellen von Transportaufträgen, Angeboten sowie Rechnungen
- Vergabe von Transportaufträge an Subunternehmen
- Prüfung und eigenständige Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen
- Akquise von Neukunden sowie Pflege der Bestandskundenbeziehungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise im kaufmännischen Bereich oder in der Logistik
- Berufserfahrung ist ein Plus, allerdings sind wir auch für Berufseinsteiger offen
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
- Kreativität bei der Umsetzung eigener Ideen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office & Adobe

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
