- Sie nähen Matratzen im Werk Oschatz oder Bettdecken und Kissen im Werk Aschbach
- Sie bedienen Industrienähmaschinen bzw. Nähautomaten
- Sie führen Qualitätskontrollen während und nach der Fertigung durch
- Sie unterstützen bei der Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse und bringen frische Ideen ein

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Näher (m/w/d) oder bereits Erfahrung in einer Näherei im industriellen Bereich
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit verschiedenen Nähmaschinen und -techniken
- Sie sind gerne auch Quereinsteiger, die eine interne Ausbildung bei uns als Näher (m/w/d) machen möchten
- Sie sind zuverlässig und motiviert
- Sie sind bereit zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb und haben Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
