Was erwartet dich?
- Du trägst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für Order-to-Cash (O2C)-Prozesse für allein- und ausländischen Gesellschaften und optimierst bestehende Prozesse und Systemlandschaften
- Du übernimmst die Umsatzlegung bzw. Bilanzierung von Umsatzerlösen aus Vertragsverhältnissen gemäß den geltenden Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (Subskriptionsverträge im Software-as-a-Service "SaaS"-Umfeld)
- Du gewährleistest eine rechtzeitige und vollständige Rechnungsstellung für erbrachte Dienstleistungen
- Du buchst zeitnah die debitorischen Geschäftsvorfälle in den monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Abschlüssen
- Du sorgst für die konsistente Pflege aller Kundendaten in allen verwendeten Systemen
- Du erstellst und verarbeitest Kundenkonten, stimmst das Hauptbuch und Nebenbuch ab, und klärst Zahlungsunterschiede mit Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3-5 Jahre) im Rechnungswesen, vorzugsweise in der Debitorenbuchhaltung / Accounts Receivables
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL) mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder eine Berufsausbildung mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung zur/zum Steuerfachangestelltin/en oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in
- Du hast Erfahrung in operativen Abschlusssicherheiten, idealerweise im SaaS Umfeld
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Standardisierung und der Digitalisierung von debitorischen Accounting Prozessen und/oder Implementierung von Systemen
- Du verfügst über fundierte HGB-Kenntnisse und Steuerrecht, zusätzliche Kenntnisse in US-GAAP (incl. SOX) oder IFRS sind von Vorteil
- Du hast IT-Kenntnisse und bist gut im Umgang mit Excel, DATEV und SAP, Erfahrung bei der Implementierung neuer ERP-Systeme ist von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
