Was erwartet dich?
Mit deinem Team und in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung
- stellst du Baugruben, Rohr- und Fundamentgräben her und verfüllst sie
- verlegst du Entwässerungs- und Kabelschutzrohre
- versetzt du Kraftstofftanks, E- Ladesäulen, Betonfertigteile und Schachtbauwerke
- stellst du Stahlbetonfundamente und Stahlbetonbodenplatten her
- stellst du Fahrbahnflächen aus Pflaster, Asphalt und Beton einschl. der Oberbauschichten her
- führst du Abbruch- und Umbauarbeiten im Bestand durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tiefbauer:in, Maurer:in, Stahlbetonbauer:in oder Straßenbauer:in und einen Abschluss als Werkpolier
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B (gern auch BE oder C1E)
- Du bist verantwortungsbewusst und denkst unternehmerisch
- Du kannst dein Team anleiten und behältst auch in unruhigen Situationen den Überblick
- Du bist bereit montags bis freitags bundesweit zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
