Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten an Rotorblättern durch
- Du begutachtest Blattoberflächen und prüfst die Innenseite
- Du kontrollierst das Blitzschusssystem
- Du führst Inspektionen von Rotorblättern am Seil durch
- Du beurteilst Schäden und organisierst sowie führst die Reparaturarbeiten durch
- Du führst GFK-Reparaturen am Seil und aus der Hebebühne durch
- Du erstellst Dokumentationen und Reparaturprotokolle

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen/handwerklichen Bereich, vorzugsweise aus den Bereichen Faserverbundtechnik
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der Oberflächenbeschichtung und Kunststoffverarbeitung sowie in der Faserverbundtechnik und Laminierung
- Du verfügst über gut ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick und Branchenkenntnisse in der Windenergie
- Du bist ausgebildet zum Industriekletterer nach FISAT Level 2 oder 3 und hast alle notwendigen Fachschulungen zur rechtmäßigen Ausführung der Aufgabenbereiche
- Du besitzt mindestens Grundkenntnisse in MS-Outlook, MS-Excel, MS-Word und bist selbstständig, teamfähig sowie verantwortungsbewusst
- Du hast Zertifikate über nötige Trainings (u.a. Erste Hilfe, arbeitsmedizinische Untersuchung G 41, 20, 25, 26) und begeisterst dich für Erneuerbare Energien
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und hast die Führerscheinklasse BE (früher 3)
- Du bist gelegentlich montagebereit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
