Junior Troubleshooter für Windenergieanlagen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirst Teil des Troubleshooter-Teams und arbeitest mit deinen Team-Kolleg:innen bei der Fehlersuche/-analyse und der Erarbeitung von Lösungsmöglichkeiten eng zusammen
- Du analysierst Fehler, unterteilt nach Prioritäten und Fehlerhäufigkeit, und entwickelst mit deinem Team und dem Engineering Lösungsmöglichkeiten
- Du setzt zusammen mit deinem Team die Lösungen auf den Anlagen um
- Du führst umfangreiche Tests durch, die die Arbeiten abrunden
- Du protokollierst die Fehler mit den dazugehörenden Lösungen
- Du erhältst die Ausbildung zum Schaltberechtigten im Hochspannungsbereich und alle notwendigen Ausbildungen und Untersuchungen zum Arbeiten auf einer Windenergieanlage durch unser Unternehmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung und Lust, unser Troubleshooter-Team zu verstärken
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung mit und lernst zusammen mit unseren Troubleshooter- und Inbetriebnahme-Teams unsere Anlagen- und Steuerungstechnik der verschiedenen Windkraftanlagenklassen
- Du analysierst leicht Fehler, erarbeitest Lösungen, durchdenkst und planst deine Arbeiten
- Du bist ein Team-Player, kannst aber auch eigenständig arbeiten
- Du hast Spaß daran, andere zu unterstützen, deine fachlichen Erfahrungen weiterzugeben und offen mit Problemen und Fehlern umzugehen
- Du bist körperlich fit für die Arbeit auf den Windturbinen und motiviert, neue Dinge anzupacken
- Du hast Interesse und die Fähigkeit, fachübergreifend zu denken, was in diesem Job sehr wichtig ist
- Du bist bereit zu reisen, auch für internationale Projekte
- Du sprichst neben Deutsch auch Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
