Junior Inbetriebnehmer für Windenergieanlagen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirst Teil der Inbetriebnahme-Teams und nimmst nach einer Einarbeitungszeit mit deinen Kolleg:innen Windenergieanlagen unterschiedlicher Leistungsklassen in Betrieb
- Du kontrollierst die elektrischen und mechanischen Komponenten, komplettierst die Anlagen mit Sensoren, spielst Software auf und stellst die notwendigen Parameter ein
- Du führst umfangreiche Tests bis zur ersten Aufschaltung auf das Netz durch
- Du suchst bei auftretenden Fehlern mit deinem Team nach Lösungen und behebst die Fehler
- Du unterstützt das Engineering-Team bei der Suche und Erarbeitung von notwendigen Lösungen und Feldversuchen
- Du koordinierst zukünftig auch Baustellen während der Inbetriebnahme eigenständig, wobei dir das Inbetriebnahme-Backoffice hilft

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung und Lust, die Inbetriebnahme von Windenergieanlagen und Windparks mit ihrer komplexen Anlagentechnik, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik zu erlernen
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung mit, aber es ist nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Du hast ein hohes Interesse daran, zusammen mit unseren kompetenten Inbetriebnahme-Teams neue Anlagentechnik zu erlernen
- Du kannst deine Arbeiten durchdenken und planen, arbeitest aber auch eigenständig
- Du unterstützt gerne andere, gibst deine fachlichen Erfahrungen weiter und gehst offen mit Problemen und Fehlern um
- Du bist körperlich fit für die Arbeit auf den Windturbinen und motiviert, neue Dinge anzupacken
- Du hast das Ziel, dich zu einem eigenständigen Inbetriebnehmer (m/w/d) zu entwickeln, der in der Zukunft neben den Inbetriebnahmen auch die Koordination der Inbetriebnahmearbeiten übernehmen kann
- Du bist bereit zu reisen, auch für internationale Projekte, und beherrschst die deutsche Sprache; Basis-Kenntnisse in Englisch wären wünschenswert

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
