Data Analyst für Digitalisierung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest eigenverantwortlich Projekte bei unseren Mandant:innen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachabteilungen
- Du identifizierst Effizienzpotenziale in Prozessen und Systemen und setzt diese um, insbesondere im Zuge der Digitalisierung von Fachbereichen
- Du führst mit Deinem Wissen explorative Datenanalysen durch und präsentierst Deine Resultate zielgruppengerecht
- Du entwickelst Reports, Dashboards und KPIs in Absprache mit Stakeholdern und konzipierst, implementierst und administrierst logische Datenmodelle
- Du bist in der Lage, Schnittstellenlösungen zur Aufbereitung der Daten aus den Vorsystemen unserer Mandant:innen zu erstellen und sinnvoll zu automatisieren
- Du arbeitest aktiv bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung leistungsfähiger Prozesse einschließlich derer Dokumentation mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Bereich der Datenanalyse, Business Intelligence und Datenqualitätsmanagement
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrungen in Scripting und Programmierung zur Automatisierung von Prozessen
- Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Datenmodelle und deren Auswertungsmöglichkeiten und dadurch gute Kenntnisse über Datenabfragen (SQL-Queries, Log-Analyse, etc.)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, Power BI, Power Query und Zahlen sind auch in hoher Komplexität kein Problem für Dich
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, Engagement und arbeitest selbständig innerhalb eines Teams und die Erhebung von Anforderungen, sowie in der Vorbereitung als auch in der Moderation von Workshops sind kein Neuland für Dich

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
