- Sie planen, steuern und optimieren digitale Marketingkampagnen mit dem Ziel, Traffic und Conversions für verschiedene Marken aus der Unternehmensgruppe zu steigern
- Sie entwickeln unser CMS und unsere Marketing Tech Suite in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Implementierungspartner weiter
- Sie pflegen und betreuen redaktionell die Webauftritte national wie international
- Sie entwickeln und implementieren eine SEO-Strategie
- Sie koordinieren und entwickeln SEA-Kampagnen weiter, inklusive Erfolgstracking und Reporting in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Online Agentur

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich digitales Marketing
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing / Online-Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation inklusive praktischer Erfahrung im Online-Marketing
- Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Content Management-Systemen (wie z.B. IBEXA)
- Sie haben ein klares Verständnis für Prozesse der Content-Produktion und Qualitätssicherung für einen hochwertigen Web-Auftritt
- Sie besitzen sichere Rechtschreibkenntnisse und einen passenden Schreibstil für die unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
- Sie kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
