Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen die sachgerechte Bearbeitung und Betreuung von Intensiv- und Sanierungskund:innen unter Einbindung des Marktes sicher
- Sie treffen Kreditentscheidungen innerhalb der eingeräumten Gemeinschaftskompetenz
- Sie plausibilisieren Sanierungsgutachten und beraten die Kund:innen entsprechend
- Sie sind sicher in der Verhandlung mit anderen Banken, Rechtsanwält:innen und Insolvenzverwalter:innen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit Refinanzierungspartnern
- Sie begleiten proaktiv die marktfolgeseitige Weiterentwicklung des Segmentes sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie beherrschen die Bearbeitung von Intensiv- und Sanierungskund:innen
- Sie verfügen über praxisbezogene Berufserfahrung in den Kreditsegmenten Firmenkund:innen und Geschäftskund:innen bzw. über Erfahrung in der Beratung der genannten Segmente
- Sie besitzen entscheidungssichere Kenntnisse in der Bonitäts- und Liquiditätsbeurteilung sowie in der Sicherheitenbearbeitung
- Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes Risikoverständnis im Kreditbereich mit und treffen zügig risikoorientierte und sachgerechte Kreditentscheidungen
- Sie zeichnet Entscheidungssicherheit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft aus
- Sie halten Termine ein, bereiten diese selbstständig vor und nach, setzen die richtigen Prioritäten und betreiben ein professionelles Zeitmanagement
- Sie erarbeiten sich kontinuierlich weiteres Fachwissen zu speziellen Problemlösungen und informieren sich selbstständig über neue Trends, Gesetze, Veränderungen und Neuerungen in Ihrem Bereich
- Sie treten schnell mit Menschen in Kontakt, sprechen Probleme offen an, sind Ansprechperson und arbeiten gerne im Team
