Bauleiter für Bauüberwachung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du überwachst die Bauausführung unter Berücksichtigung der Einhaltung der Vorgaben des Auftraggebers, der Ausführungsplanung, der einschlägigen Gesetze, Vorschriften und Richtlinien
- Du wirkst beim Einweisen des Auftragnehmers in die Baumaßnahme (Bauanlaufbesprechung) mit und stellst erforderliche Bauakten und Planunterlagen bereit
- Du führst Kontrollprüfungen durch oder veranlasst diese
- Du überwachst die Beseitigung der bei der Abnahme der Leistungen festgestellten Mängel
- Du kontrollierst die Aufmaße der ausführenden Unternehmen und nimmst an Besprechungen und Abnahmen teil
- Du dokumentierst den Bauablauf, die Abnahmen und Mängel und prüfst bzw. forderst die Bestandsdokumentation des Tiefbauunternehmens ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Kenntnisse über Stromnetze und deren Aufbau, Struktur und Netzdetails
- Du kennst die HOAI, VOB und die maßgeblichen Normen, Regeln und Richtlinien im Tiefbau/Straßenbau
- Du besitzt den Führerschein Klasse B
- Du besitzt Durchsetzungsvermögen, arbeitest teamfähig und dienstleistungsorientiert, und zeigst ein selbstbewusstes, konsequentes und freundliches Auftreten
- Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in der Handhabung von digitalen Planunterlagen im CAD und/oder GIS sowie bei Office-Anwendungen
- Du gehst vertrauensvoll und sensibel mit Informationen, Daten und Unterlagen um

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
