Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen den aktiven Verkauf von Transport- und Logistikdienstleistungen und ermitteln potenzielle Kund:innen im Verkaufsgebiet
- Sie identifizieren, priorisieren und qualifizieren Lead- / Target- und Potentialkund:innen in den definierten Marktsegmenten unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Standortstrukturen und Transportrelationen
- Sie prüfen Ausschreibungen und potenzielle Projekte auf Bearbeitungsrelevanz und leiten Ausschreibungen, Angebote, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Sie führen Vertragsverhandlungen und entwickeln innovative Transport- und Logistiklösungen sowie -konzepte
- Sie beobachten und analysieren aktuelle Markt-, Kund:innen- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
- Sie begleiten den Implementierungsprozess bei Neukund:innen gemeinsam mit dem Bereich Customer Service und beraten sowie betreuen Bestandskund:innen, um bestehende Geschäfte auszubauen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Master oder Diplom) der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung und / oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb- und Geschäftsentwicklung oder vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten in der Kontrakt- und Transportlogistik
- Sie haben idealerweise mehrjährige operative Erfahrung in der Transport- und Kontraktlogistik und sind sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und PowerPoint
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Kommunikations- sowie Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sie sind bereit, innerhalb Deutschlands und Österreichs sowie bei Bedarf auch in Europa zu reisen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick in Deutsch sowie Englisch aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
