- Durchführen von Prozess- und Risikoanalysen sowie Koordination erforderlicher Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Anwendung der Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, VDA, FMEA usw.)
- Aktive Weiterentwicklung des Prozesses „Qualitätsvorausplanung"
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Supplier Quality in Bezug auf Qualitätsplanung/Erstbemusterung
- Umsetzung von Consulting & Engineering Projekten, Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Berichten, KPIs inklusive Monitorings, Nachverfolgung und Kontrolle relevanter Geschäftsprozesse vor Ort beim Kunden

Ihre Schlüsselqualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft mit technischer Orientierung
- fundierte Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen/Qualitätsmanagement/ Supplier Quality in einem industriellen Umfeld sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche (OEM- und / oder Supplier) mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der Produktionsprozesse in der Automobilindustrie
- Relevante Kenntnisse einschlägiger Qualitätsmethoden (z. B. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D- / 5-Why-Reports, Lean Manufacturing, Auditing)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. Level B1)
- Professioneller Beratungsansatz mit hoher Kundenorientierung wie auch hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Flexibilität und projektbezogene, regelmäßige Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands zwingend erforderlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
