Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest Projekte strukturiert unter Verwendung von Projektmanagement-Werkzeugen
- Du führst Bau- und Projektleitung mit der Führung von Projektteams inkl. Personalplanung durch
- Du erstellst Rückbauablaufpläne inkl. Terminplanung und -verfolgung
- Du kalkulierst Rückbauprojekte mit Termin- und Kostenplanung
- Du erstellst Ausschreibungsunterlagen und technische Unterlagen
- Du führst Baustellenbegehungen durch und setzt arbeitssicherheitstechnische Vorgaben um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Umwelttechnik, Energietechnik oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bau- oder Projektleiter (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im Stahl- und Betonbau, sowie idealerweise in der Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen
- Du hast Grundkenntnisse in Zerlegeverfahren, insbesondere für Beton
- Du bist bereit und flexibel, an Standorten in ganz Deutschland zu arbeiten
- Du trittst selbstbewusst und offen auf
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Kerntechnik und einen Führerschein Klasse B
- Du verfügst um gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
