Als Site Manager (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Eisenach übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für ein Team mit 80-120 Mitarbeitenden im Mehrschichtbetrieb.
Ihre Mission: Die strategische und operative Leitung eines bedeutenden Standorts in einer dynamischen und zukunftsorientierten Branche. - Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Dienstleistungen höchste Qualitätsstandards erfüllen und unsere Kunden begeistert sind.
Ihr Arbeitsalltag
- Sie sind für die operative und strategische Leitung unseres Standorts in Eisenach, insbesondere für die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerung der Standortziele, verantwortlich
- Dabei gestalten Sie die Zukunft des Standortes maßgeblich mit: Von der Projektkoordination über Business Development, Preisbildung, Organisation und Kundenbeziehungen bis hin zur Weiterentwicklung der internen Prozesse – Ihre Expertise wird entscheidend sein
- Als Führungskraft motivieren und fördern Sie Ihre Mitarbeitenden, erkennen Talente und schaffen ein Arbeitsklima, das auf Vertrauen und Offenheit basiert.
- Zudem planen und koordinieren Sie Projekte und bauen neue Geschäftsbereiche auf
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden sichern Sie die Kundenzufriedenheit und bauen langfristige Partnerschaften aus

Ihre Schlüsselqualifikationen
- Sie haben mehrjährige Führungserfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) - bspw. als Projektleitung oder Produktions-/ Fertigungsleitung
- Dabei konnten Sie Erfahrungen in der Automobilbranche oder in automobilnahem Umfeld sammeln
- Sie kombinieren fachliches Know-how mit fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
