Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist zuständig für die Analyse und Aufnahme von Kundenanforderungen und deren potentielle Umsetzung in M365/D365
- Du berätst strategisch und bist Ansprechperson unserer Kund:innen während des gesamten Projektverlaufs
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung unserer Kundenprojekte im M365/D365 Umfeld
- Du arbeitest eng interdisziplinär mit unseren technischen Teams und Projektteams im Kundenumfeld zusammen
- Du schaffst es mit deiner Begeisterung, dass notwendige Veränderungen bei Kund:innen als Chancen erkannt werden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen abgeschlossenen Bachelor oder Master (z.B. in IT-Management, Business Consulting & Digital Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrungen in der IT-Beratung und dem IT-Projektmanagement mit
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden und Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil
- Du besitzt analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie den Mut, mit Herausforderungen zu wachsen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
