Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen die Wirtschaftlichkeit des Produktionsprozesses von Gütern und Dienstleistungen im Produktionscontrolling sicher
- Sie unterstützen beim Produktcontrolling, überwachen die Herstellungskosten, Produktmargen und Deckungsbeiträge, inklusive Vor- und Nachkalkulationen
- Sie arbeiten bei der Budgetplanung der Kosten und Leistungen des Unternehmens bzw. von Unternehmensteilen mit
- Sie sind an der Mitarbeit beim Forecasting der ursprünglich geplanten Kosten und Leistungen des Unternehmens beteiligt
- Sie überwachen die Kosten und Leistungen durch Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche im Rahmen der Monatsabschlüsse

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes BWL Studium und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines produzierenden mittelständischen Unternehmens oder eine vergleichbar langjährige Erfahrung im Controlling
- Sie verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Beratung von Kolleg:innen, Führungskräften und insbesondere der kaufmännischen Leitung
- Sie besitzen eine analytische Kompetenz zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Schnittstellen
- Sie haben eine IT-Affinität und sind sicher im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Sie verfügen wünschenswerter Weise über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV sowie Grundkenntnisse der Vorschriften im HGB

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
