Für unser Tochterunternehmen ISGRO Themenraum mit den Schwerpunkten PR, Content Creation sowie Digital suchen wir Dich als (Senior) Account Manager Healthcare PR (m,w,d) am Standort Mannheim oder Darmstadt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst spannende Healthcare-PR-Etats als zentrale Ansprechperson und sorgst mit exzellenter Kommunikation für hochzufriedene Kund:innen
- Du bringst Dich fundiert in die Entwicklung von integrierten Konzepten und Kommunikationsstrategien ein
- Du managst unterschiedliche Projekte in den Bereichen Fach- und Publikums-PR, Content Creation sowie Digital und setzt diese selbstständig im Team um
- Du leitest und förderst Dein Team mit Volontär:innen, Juniorberater:innen, Gestalter:innen und Texter:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3 (Berater:in) bzw. 5 Jahre (Seniorberater:in) Erfahrung im Bereich PR, Kommunikation oder Marketing gesammelt, idealerweise in einer Agentur
- Du hast idealerweise einen naturwissenschaftlichen Background und/oder ein ausgeprägtes Interesse für medizinische Zusammenhänge und wissenschaftlich fundiertes Storytelling
- In der Beratung überzeugst Du Deine Kund:innen durch Kreativität und Kommunikationsfreude
- Du verfügst über Textkompetenz und hervorragende deutsche sowie sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
- Du bist durch und durch Teamplayer:in und gibst in der Interaktion mit Kund:innen, Kolleg:innen und Dienstleister:innen auch gerne den Takt vor
- Du bist ehrgeizig, hast Spaß daran, dich und deine Kund:innen weiterzuentwickeln und brennst für die verschiedenen Themen in der Gesundheitskommunikation

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
