Schrade Kabeltechnik entwickelt, produziert und liefert hochwertige Kabelkonfektionen für unterschiedlichste Anwendungsgebiete. Als Vertriebsassistent*in sind Sie die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und Gäste. Außerdem sind Sie eine wichtige Schnittstelle und Unterstützung für unseren Vertrieb.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Kundenkommunikation, einschließlich der Telefon- und E-Mail-Zentrale, Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von Anfragen sowie Herausgabe erster Informationen
- Sie sind zuständig für die Abwicklung von Korrespondenz sowie die Dokumentation, Ablage und Datenpflege
- Sie unterstützen bei verschiedenen Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten, wie der Organisation von Kundenveranstaltungen und Messeteilnahmen
- Sie koordinieren Meetings und Kundenbesuche
- Sie empfangen und betreuen unsere Gäste
- Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb sowie andere Fachabteilungen bei verschiedenen Tätigkeiten und übernehmen administrative Aufgaben, einschließlich der Entgegennahme und Verteilung der Post

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Kaufmann*frau für Büromanagement, Erfahrung im Bereich Vertriebsassistenz ist von Vorteil
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sie haben eine hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
