Zur Verstärkung unserer Gruppenzentrale, der Dettmer Asset Holding, im Zentrum von Bremen direkt an der Weser gelegen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Controller/in (m/w/d)
Was du bei uns bewegst:
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich Reports, Kennzahlenanalysen und Management-Präsentationen unter Beachtung der Anforderungen aus Funktions- und Projektsicht.
- Du übernimmst Projektverantwortung, z.B. bei der Mitwirkung von M&A-Projekten und bei der Implementierung und Umsetzung von konzerneinheitlichen Standards in unseren operativen Gesellschaften.
- Du betreust die operativen Gesellschaften beim Forecast- und Planungsprozess nach HGB sowie bei anderen Fragestellungen wie z.B. Profitabilitätsrechnungen/Investitionsanalysen.
- Du entwickelst bestehende Reporting-Prozesse und die dazugehörigen IT-Systeme weiter.
- Du berätst und unterstützt die operativen Gesellschaften bei fachlichen Problemstellungen.
- Die Durchführung von Ad-Hoc-Auswertungen und Sonderanalysen, Berichtserstellung und Dokumentationen runden dein Aufgabenspektrum ab.

Was uns überzeugt:
- Du hast ein Studium, idealerweise im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Finanzen/Controlling erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise hast du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen/Controlling.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office 365 (insb. Excel & Powerpoint) und hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-, Planungs- und Konsolidierungssoftware, idealerweise Lucanet und/oder Power BI.
- Du besetzt ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke.
- Mit deinen analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten kannst du auch komplexe Sachverhalte vereinfacht darstellen.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
