Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst das Call-Center vertrieblich, um die Verkaufsabläufe und -prozesse sicherzustellen und zu optimieren
- Du überwachst und wertest Vertriebskennzahlen (KPIs) aus, erstellst Berichte und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du unterstützt das Call-Center aktiv durch die gemeinsame Entwicklung und Umsetzung von vertriebsorientierten Strategien und Maßnahmen
- Du schulst die Call Center-Agents in der optimalen Nutzung des CRM-Systems und im Bereich vertriebsorientierter Gesprächsführung
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Compliance-Richtlinien, insbesondere bei vertriebsbezogenen Vorgaben, und entwickelst sowie überwachst Vergütungs- und Provisionsmodelle, um eine leistungsorientierte Kultur zu fördern
- Du entwickelst und setzt die bestmögliche Neukunden-/Lead-Strategie um, inklusive der Erarbeitung von Emailstrecken zum Cross- und Up-Selling mit dem Team und internen Abteilungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Call-Center / Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Versicherungs- oder Finanzbranche
- Du hast eine stark ausgeprägte Analytik- und Zahlenaffinität sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPIs und Reports
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und der Optimierung von Prozessen
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, hast eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, strategische Maßnahmen zu entwickeln
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um, insbesondere Excel, und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
