Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist als Fertigungsleitung (m/w/d) verantwortlich für die Planung von Kapazitäten und die Priorisierung von Aufträgen zur Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
- Du unterstützt das Qualitäts- und Industrial Engineering-Team bei der Entwicklung neuer Fertigungsverfahren und beim kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
- Du übernimmst nach einer Einarbeitungszeit von ca. 1-2 Jahren die vollständige operative Leitung der Fertigung
- Du koordinierst die Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten in der Fertigung
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen und Umweltschutzrichtlinien in deinem Bereich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Fertigungsleitung, bestenfalls in der Elektronikfertigung mit
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office und mit PPS/ERP-Systemen
- Du hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Du arbeitest zielgerichtet, strukturiert und selbstständig
- Du zeigst Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und bist eine Teamplayer:in

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
