Werde Teil unseres Teams und baue unser Werkscontrolling aus. Dabei darfst du dich gerne weiterentwickeln, eigene Ideen einbringen und Verantwortung übernehmen. Du schaffst eine Entscheidungsbasis für unsere unternehmerische Entwicklung und unterstützt die Unternehmensleitung mit Handlungsempfehlungen. Du stehst du in engem Kontakt zu unserer Geschäftsführung und berätst sie in allen operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen.
Was erwartet Dich bei uns?
- Du bist zuständig für den Aufbau und die Implementierung eines Produktionscontrollings sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer Controllinginstrumente
- Du steuerst die Zielerreichungsprozesse der produzierenden Abteilungen in Bezug auf Ergebnis, Kosten und Personal
- Du erstellst Monatsabschlüsse, die Budgetplanung, trägst die Verantwortung für die Forecastprozesse und ermittelst Kennzahlen zur Unternehmenssteuerung
- Du analysierst Kostenabweichungen und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten für unsere Geschäftsführung ab
- Du trägst Verantwortung für die fristgerechte Erstellung des Managementreportings sowie die Kommunikation innerhalb des Unternehmens

- Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit einer Spezialisierung in Controlling, Steuern oder Finanzen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
