Zu unseren Kunden aus über 65 Ländern der Welt zählen vor allem: Schulen und Universitäten, Forschungs- und Entwicklungszentren, Unternehmen der Elektronikbranche sowie die Automobilindustrie. Werde Teil unseres Teams als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) und betreue gemeinsam mit uns, unsere weltweiten BUNGARD-Vertretungen und Kunden.
Deine Kernaufgaben umfassen:
- Du betreust unsere internationalen Kunden und Wiederverkäufer.
- Du bist im Bereich Verkauf tätig, inklusive Angebots- & Auftragserstellung, Auftragssteuerung und Koordination sowie Fakturierung.
- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung durch administrative Tätigkeiten.
- Du organisierst selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich alle Bürovorgänge, wie Telefonbedienung, Ablage und Beschaffung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Bürokaufmann (m/w/d) oder als Einzel- oder Großhandelskaufmann (m/w/d).
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung aus einem der oben genannten kaufmännischen Bereichen mit.
- Du besitzt gute EDV-Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Office-Paket und einer Warenwirtschaftssoftware.
- Du bist ein guter Teamplayer und arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst.
- Du trittst sicher und freundlich auf und zeichnest dich durch eine eigenständige und flexible Arbeitsweise aus.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
