- Sie schreiben Roh- und Ausbauleistungen (Baugewerke) aus und vergeben diese
- Sie erstellen Terminpläne
- Sie wickeln Projekte und Bauvorhaben im Raum Erzgebirge und Zwickau ab
- Sie führen ingenieurtechnische Kontrollen, Bauberatungen und Abnahmen auf der Baustelle durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder in Architektur, eine Ausbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder eine durch Berufserfahrung erworbene gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Sie bringen 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter im Hoch - und Ingenieurbau mit
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen und notwendigen EDV-Werkzeugen, wie z.B. MS Office, MS Projekt und ORCA Ava
- Sie verfügen über Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationsgeschick
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, sind teamfähig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Sie können sich gut in komplexe Sachverhalte einarbeiten
