Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung der gesamten Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung inklusive der Medienversorgung
- Du erstellst Zeitpläne und stellst die Termineinhaltung sicher
- Du führst Bedarfsanalysen durch und verbesserst die Durchführbarkeit, die Betriebskosten sowie die Energie- & Umweltaspekte auch für bestehende Anlagen
- Du führst technische Analysen & Simulationen durch
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Vorplanung, Budgetierung, Aushandlung der Verträge und Koordination der Subunternehmer in Bezug auf Versorgungseinrichtungen
- Du nimmst an Projektbesprechungen teil und moderierst Baubesprechungen
- Du führst Bauzustandserhebungen und -bewertungen durch
- Du erstellst technische Gutachten und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen
- Du baust ein Claim-Management auf und implementierst es

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Bachelor/Master in Bauingenieurswesen, Vertiefungsrichtung TGA oder eine verwandte Disziplin
- Du verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen HLK, Medienversorgung, Sanitär, Dampf, Druckluftsysteme
- Du hast Erfahrung in Projektierung und Konstruktion, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie, und erste Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld
- Du bist versiert im Konflikt- & Risikomanagement und besitzt Führungsqualitäten & Kommunikationsstärke
- Du beherrschst die MS Office Suite und hast Kenntnisse in AutoCAD
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist bereit zu internationalen Dienstreisen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
