Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst die Grundlagen und/oder die Planungsanforderungen unserer Projekte
- Du erarbeitest integrative Planungskonzepte bis zur Ausführungsreife, betrachtest dabei alternative Lösungsmöglichkeiten und berätst den Bauherrn dabei fachkundig
- Du erstellst Anlagenschemata, Funktionslisten sowie Berechnungen und Bemessungen der technischen Anlagen
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen, wirkst bei der Auftragserteilung an die ausführenden Firmen mit und führst ggf. Bietergespräche
- Du stimmst dich mit Auftraggebenden, Architekt*innen, Behörden, öffentlichen Versorger*innen und anderen Projektbeteiligten ab
- Du überwachst die Ausführung auf der Baustelle in Übereinstimmung der geplanten bzw. ausgeschriebenen Leistung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Studiengang, über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder über vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der gleichen, oder einer vergleichbaren Position, auf dem deutschen Arbeitsmarkt, mit
- Du bringst Kenntnisse in der Planung der Gebäudeautomation nach den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 der HOAI mit oder bist motiviert, dir diese anzueignen
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine proaktive Arbeitsweise aus und arbeitest gerne in einem interdisziplinären Team
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und pflegst den regelmäßigen Austausch mit Kund:innen, Architekt:innen und anderen Fachplaner:innen
- Du bist bereit, dich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden und über aktuelle Entwicklungen und Technologien im Bereich der Heizungs- und Kältetechnik auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
