Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen und unterstützen unsere Automotive- und Non-Automotive-Kund:innen
- Sie erstellen, bearbeiten und verfolgen Angebote und Aufträge nach
- Sie übernehmen dispositive Aufgaben, wie Materialdisposition, Terminüberwachung und Koordination von Lieferterminen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktion, Logistik und Einkauf zusammen, um eine termingerechte Auftragsabwicklung sicherzustellen
- Sie pflegen Kundenstammdaten und erstellen Vertriebsstatistiken
- Sie kommunizieren proaktiv mit Kund:innen und internen Abteilungen, um eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung sicherzustellen
- Sie entwickeln und optimieren die Dispositionsprozesse aktiv weiter, um Effizienz und Lieferzuverlässigkeit zu steigern
- Sie übernehmen perspektivisch die Teamleitung im Vertriebsinnendienst, inklusive Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Sie unterstützen den Außendienst bei der Kund:innenbetreuung und -akquise

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Vertrieb oder in der Industrie
- Sie besitzen eine Zusatzqualifikation oder einen Bachelor-Abschluss, vorzugsweise in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, vorzugsweise in einem Produktionsbetrieb der metallverarbeitenden Industrie
- Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Disposition und Materialwirtschaft; Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung ist von Vorteil
- Sie besitzen ein hohes Maß an logischem Verständnis für innerbetriebliche Prozesse, um diese zu optimieren und zu automatisieren
- Sie haben Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen (z. B. IFS)
- Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und zielorientiert
- Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
