Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und setzen Marketingstrategien zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit, CI, Image-Building, Differenzierung vom Wettbewerb und Lead-Generierung um
- Sie planen, steuern und optimieren Online- und Offline-Marketingkampagnen
- Sie stellen eine konsistente Markenkommunikation über alle Kanäle (Website, Social Media, PR, Events etc.) sicher
- Sie überwachen und analysieren relevante KPIs und leiten Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung ab
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung und Kontrolle des Marketingbudgets und nutzen Ressourcen effizient

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing und/oder in einer Werbeagentur, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Markenbildung und -positionierung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in digitalem Marketing, Performance-Marketing, SEO/SEA und Social Media
- Sie haben eine analytische und strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit kreativem Gespür
- Sie zeigen eine Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere PowerPoint, und haben Erfahrung mit gängigen Marketing-Tools (z. B. Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM-Systeme)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
