Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst Managementerfahrung mit, idealerweise in kleinen oder mittelständischen Unternehmen
- Du konntest bereits 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen und Personalwesen o.ä. sammeln
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, einen MBA oder vergleichbarem Fachgebiet
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und siehst dich als Teil des Teams, nicht nur als Führungskraft
