Sachbearbeiter Versand (m/w/d)
Als Sachbearbeiter:in im Versand (m/w/d) trägst du die Verantwortung, dass unsere Produkte sicher und pünktlich die Kund:innen erreichen. Du bist die Verbindung zwischen dem Versand und unseren Kund:innen und sorgst mit deinem Organisationstalent dafür, dass alles reibungslos abläuft.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du organisierst die Anmeldung und Abwicklung der Versandaufträge mit Paketdiensten und Speditionen
- Du bist die freundliche Unterstützung für Kund:innen bei Fragen zu überfälligen Lieferungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit Paketdiensten, Speditionen und Kurieren zusammen
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle Versandpapiere, Rechnungen und Paketaufkleber korrekt sind
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei eiligen Aufträgen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
