Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch die zugeordneten Teamleiter:innen
- Du planst und stellst die zielgerichtete Einarbeitung neuer Teamleiter:innen sicher
- Du übernimmst eine proaktive Unterstützerfunktion für die Mitarbeitenden in schwierigen Kunden- und Personalthemen
- Du stellst eine geregelte Kunden- und Mitarbeitendenkommunikation aller Mitarbeitenden sicher
- Du pflegst das Kunden-Beziehungsmanagement durch regelmäßige Kundenkontakte, Zusammenarbeit und Teilnahme an Kundentagungen
- Du steuerst, hältst ein und kontrollierst fortlaufend die vorgegebenen Verbrauchs- und Servicebudgets

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
- Du bringst Praxiserfahrung im Außendienst und in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden mit
- Du konntest erste Erfahrungen im deutschen Einzelhandel machen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, kunden- und mitarbeitendenorientiert
- Du bist bereit, Entscheidungen zu treffen und zu verantworten
- Du hast eine Vorbildfunktion und bist ein Motivationstalent
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
