Mitarbeiter für Controlling & Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du stimmst dich permanent mit der zentralen Buchhaltung ab
- Du prüfst und kontierst Rechnungseingänge
- Du überwachst die kaufmännischen Prozesse (Workflows)
- Du erstellst Ausgangsrechnungen und überwachst die Zahlungseingänge
- Du führst internes Reporting an die Geschäftsführung durch
- Du erfasst und übermittelst Stunden und ordnest die Kosten der einzelnen Projekte zu (Datenpflege/Zuarbeit Controlling)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Lohn-/Gehalts- oder Finanzbuchhaltung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du hast gute Erfahrungen im Bereich Controlling und bringst hier mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und handelst, sowie denkst lösungsorientiert
- Du bringst Einsatzfreude, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft mit, trittst sicher auf und hast ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Du gehst souverän mit MS-Office-Produkten und ERP-Systemen um und hast eine „Hands-On-Mentalität“
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
