Messtechniker für Prüfplanerstellung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und pflegst Prüfpläne für die Teilfertigung, legst geeignete Messmittel und Messmethoden fest und analysierst Prüfdatenauswertungen sowie Fähigkeitenuntersuchungen
- Du unterstützt die Produktion bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Messprogrammen auf 3D-Messmaschinen
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Analyse und Behebung von Qualitätsproblemen mit und begleitest die Mitarbeitenden in der laufenden Produktion
- Du unterstützt die Fertigungsleitung bei der Auswahl und Beschaffung von Prüf- und Messmitteln, um eine effiziente Fertigung sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker:in, Zerspanungsmechaniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung
- Du hast idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d), dies ist jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Messmitteln, insbesondere in der Bedienung von 3D-Messmaschinen und Messgeräten (KEYENCE-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil)
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfprogrammen, idealerweise unter Verwendung von CAQ-Software (z. B. IQS)
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und bist ein Teamplayer:in mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
